Our Policies
CANCELLATIONS
Our appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Keeta’s Pet Salon requires a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time and any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services scheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours and No Shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the services scheduled.

VACCINATIONS
Pets must be current on all vaccinations prior to scheduled service date. Owner must show documentation.
INJURY
Your pet’s safety is first at Keeta’s Pet Salon and we take special care to ensure all fur babies are safe throughout their grooming experience with us. In order to mitigate the risk of possible injury or escape, Keeta’s Pet Salon utilizes professional precautions and care for your pet. In the event of an injury or emergency involving the health of any pet being cared for by Keeta’s Pet Salon Client/Owner hereby authorizes Keeta’s Pet Salon to provide first aid and obtain emergency veterinarian care as Keeta’s Pet Salon may deem necessary. Client/Owner further authorizes Keeta’s Pet Salon to incur veterinarian costs in the name of Client/Owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Keeta’s Pet Salon from any liability arising from such veterinary charges. Keeta’s Pet Salon carries liability insurance to cover all claims of injury, death, damage or loss to Client/Owner's pet or property. As further consideration for the services rendered, Client/Owner agrees to waive and release Keeta’s Pet Salon and its representatives from any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of Client/Owner's pet and from any claim for loss and/or damage to Client/ Owner's property. Owner agrees to be responsible for any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of representative of Keeta’s Pet Salon caused by Client/Owner's pet. Client affirms they are the rightful legal owner, or care giver to the pet for which services are rendered.
IMAGES
We love to take pictures of our fur friends to show their beauty and glow up. Client/Owner grants permission and consent to Keeta’s Pet Salon to take pictures of your pet, immediately before, during and/or after the grooming service, for use under any legal condition including but not limited to: social media, illustration, web content, and advertising. Client/Owner acknowledges that there will be no payment, royalty, fee or other compensation payable for such use. Client/Owner may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying us in writing however revocation will not pertain to any actions taken before receipt of the written notice. Client affirms they are the rightful legal owner, or care giver to the pet for which services are rendered.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
We offer booking online to schedule service and payment is taken at that time. If you wish to schedule over the phone or through email we require a credit card be held on file to hold the appointment. Final payment is then due at time of service. Keeta’s Pet Salon accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
APPOINTMENTS
We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call it may be necessary for us to cancel the appointment and reschedule for a later date. The cancellation policy will apply. If we are able to still provide service after late arrival a late fee of $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes will apply.
After safety your happiness is what we value and strive for most. In the event you are not satisfied with any part of your service please contact us within 24 hours of your original appointment. We will discuss options to meet and hopefully exceed your needs. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, or fees assessed for violation of our policies.

DE-MATTING
Keeta’s Pet Salon will always attempt to de-mat a coat, but only to the degree the pet will not experience discomfort. We reserve the right to de-mat the coat according to what is needed including shaving if required. If there is any matting to the coat there will be a fee added to the cost of the groom based on degree of matting and the additional time it takes to safely and humanely remedy.
COVID-19
If you have a scheduled appointment and you or anyone in your home have been diagnosed as Covid positive, awaiting Covid test results, have Covid related symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), or been exposed to anyone who’s tested positive for Covid within the last 14 days please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
COLOR SERVICES
Final color, color fastness, and placement can vary depending on behavior, temperament and condition of coat.

LATE PICK UP
Keeta’s Pet Salon will call and/or text you when your dog is all finished and ready for pick up. On-time pick-up is necessary because we have limited space and we do not offer daycare or boarding services. Pet parents are required to pick up their fur kid within ONE hour of being notified of completion. A late pick up fee will be charged if pickup is later than 1 hour after notification.
